Keep moving forward

Really upset and pissed off tonight, but actually pleased I’m not drinking because I would have ended up really drunk and emailing or texting the people I’m mad with , which I shouldn’t as it’s unprofessional of me…then I’d be ill tomorrow and guilty…so here’s to tea and toffee tonight….

I’ve discovered ringtons tea bags are amazing!! Not sure why but I love my “kids are in bed” cup of tea each night…andddd relax!!!

    1. Thank you, yeah you have to order through their website it’s an old family run company that’s always delivered so I guess it started as a north east things…definitely try and try their biscuits too! Amazing!

  1. It took me a long time to realize that my vision of relaxing with a glass of wine before dinner was a lie because relaxing with ANYTHING before dinner when you have kids is a lie, LOL! I too find extra enjoyment in the AF beverages I get to sit and drink at leisure when my kids are in bed. 😀

  2. I love my before bed tea too – but not the mellow flavors so much like chammomile, Yogi brand makes some stronger ones (but still decaf) like “detox” and “throat coat” that I love. Doesn’t look like Ringtons ships to u.s. though :-/

  3. Drink and raging is not a good combo! I have learnt to love my night time cuppa. Just shows the psychological associations we develop with things … I have managed to reattach these to less addictive and poisonous substances. I still have those ‘god I want a drink’ moments but I can substitute the wine for something else now and still have the relaxing effect. You are doing brilliantly.
